With the start of the new year, we are updating you on recent changes at Smith Miller & Buff, CPA, PA.
Lisa Buff retired from the firm as of December 31, 2021 to pursue other interests. We wish Lisa the best in her new endeavors.
As part of Smith Miller & Buff’s succession plan, Mark Miller will be the sole owner of the firm with a strong and credentialed management team that includes Sheri Watts, CPA and Rosa Read, CPA. Our commitment and ability to provide superior client service is unwavering.
Smith Miller & Buff will operate with the same professionalism and integrity that began 47 years ago and that the employees embrace today. With Lisa’s resignation, we will be adjusting staff assignments to best serve our clients. Any inquiries should be made directly to Mark, Sheri or Rosa.
Please join us in welcoming Ann Marie Edwards and Meg Vona to our team. They will be the first faces you see when you enter our office. You may have already met Ann Marie this past fall, but Meg just joined us in January. Ann Marie holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Salisbury University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Wilmington University. Meg comes to SMB with 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has the designation of Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) from the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
